Formed January of 2009, Ike as in Dwight is Organic by nature, creating music built upon basic principles yet complex in structure. Boasting upbeat, light-hearted songs, Ike as in Dwight focuses on simple and moving melodies with extensive use of vocal harmonies between a male and female vocalist. With much emphasis placed on the dynamics of our music, every aspect of each song is intimately connected to give listeners insight to the ebb and flow of our daily lives. Excluding slight use of reverb and delay, the songs consist of clean instruments working together to culminate a unique, earthy sound.
